New boss...

So we got a new boss for my area this week. He seems like a pretty good guy, except for one thing - he refers to everything as "this guy"...If he's discussing something he'll say something like "so this guy right here..." or "so what is this guy", or maybe "well, I printed this guy, but I have a question about this guy right here"...

Then this morning he needed my signature on something, so he comes to my desk and asks me to put my "John Henry" on "this guy" right here...

First, everything is not "this guy" and second, isn't John Henry the "steel driving" railroad guy?
