Proof positive that coaches, or their stooges, don't watch game tape. They only see the scoreboard.

How in the bloody hell is Oregon #12???? That makes no sense. This is just adding to my anger...

Here's all I could find on the AP Poll at this time - from ESPN:

Irish Eyes aren't smiling anymore.

After allowing the most points by an opponent in South Bend in 46 years, Notre Dame dropped 10 spots to No. 12 in the latest Associated Press college football poll.

The Fighting Irish were replaced at No. 2 by Auburn, which defeated LSU, 7-3 in a defensive SEC slugfest.

Southern Cal remained No. 2 in the USA Today coaches' poll.

The rest of the AP top 10 is Southern Cal, West Virginia, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Louisville, Georgia and LSU.

The Miami Hurricanes, which lost 31-7 at Louisville on Saturday, dropped out of the top 25. Texas Tech also dropped out the rankings.

Clemson (No. 19) and Boise State (No. 25) were newly ranked this week.

It says we're #17 on the CBS site in the AP Poll. Ahead of FSU thank god. How do you think Clemson feels though? They beat FSU and they're still ranked behind them.

17 and 18...I was expecting much worse to be honest, given the lack of respect we seem to get this year. Oregon to #12 and #13 though? No way in hell...

It doesn't really make sense that Nebraska dropped either. Everyone expected them to lose by 4 or 5 TDs, so they played better than expected for their ranking and their opponents ranking.

What rank were the refs after that last game?
