Is because 3 or 4 years ago Penn St. got hosed in about 3 or 4 games in a row. Joe Pa would not shut up about it. He kept complaining and the next year the Big 10 went to instant replay.
I don't know what rules could possibly change with our situation. Unless it is referees from a conference outside of the participants in the game. But, I do know nothing will change if someone doesnt make a scene about it.
