Who are these guys and where are they from? Are they employed by the University of Oregon? Pac 10? Are they UO alumni?

What happened today raises some serious issues. There wasn't anything BUT conclusive evidence that the ball didn't go 10 yards, there wasn't anything BUT conclusive evidence that CJ tipped the pass.

I'm getting a weird feeling the review guys are either from Oregon or at least was rooting for the home team that was down with the crowd behind their back.
