Has anyone read it yet? Plan to read it?

I've read it. My comment on it was that it was so good I didn't feel like I was competent to review it-I felt like it was reviewing me.

It's drawing favorable comparisons to Watchmen. There's a good reason for that.

PoB deals with some similarly deep issues, though it's not quite so overt about it. It's also not nearly as long.

Artwork and coloring is gorgeous to go along with the excellent writing by Brian K. Vaughn.

The story follows four lions who were in the Baghdad Zoo and escaped when the bombing started. The major themes are the tradeoffs between safety and freedom and whether freedom can be given or has to be earned.

Is it similiar to WE3?

Still haven't read We3. Need to get around to that one of these days.
