Lowest I've seen is 2.27 for 90/10 ethanol blend. Regular is usually 10 cents more here.

No. It doesn't.

I assume you're talking about the permanent fund dividend being based somewhat on oil revenues. Oil revenues from year to year don't really change the amount of the dividend-stock market performance is much more important now.

I have no idea - I only get gas once every two to three weeks.

I was reading an article in the NY Times today about different things that were being done in California to reduce energy use and emissions from cars and power plants and all sorts of other stuff... anyway, they had some graphics showing per capita usage of electricity and gasoline by state. Oklahoma was #2 in gas usage at a little over 600 gallons per person per year (Wyoming was #1). I think the U.S. average was about 415 gallons or so.

I'm not surprised, since Oklahomans seem absolutely incapable of actually locating **** where it's convenient. They'd rather make you drive 30 miles out of the way. ;)

Nah, Kansas is just as bad. Although the amount of times I had to drive all the way across Wichita to get something is much smaller han the number of times I have to drive all the way to OKC for something.
