The worst zits are the ones in the most difficult places to pop it, like in your ears. And yes, pimples in one's nose is also the succ. I've also had the dreaded "eyelid" zit a time or two.

Sometimes I get 'em right on the edge of my lip. Comes from playing trombone too much at a stretch; mouthpiece gets dirty, etc. Hurts like a byatch.

It popped slightly.

One of those pops where you know you'll have to do it again later.

I'm not sure how long I was out before the paramedics revived me.

Oh, and pimples are also bad when you hear them pop but you don't see pus and blood shooting out.:(
