how many are you bringing and where are you staying?

being that i've lived in portland for 11 years, i'll be here with my sooner red, and my brother and dad are coming up from norman.

The Mrs. and I are at Secret Garden B&B near campus. Hope it isn't as gay as the name sounds.

The wife and I are meeting her sister and hubby. I don't remember where we are staying, but it's about 20 mins outside of Eugene.

eugene's a great town. if you're into it, there's some great hiking in the area.

i would also highly recommend to anyone driving down from portland to park on or near campus and walk to the stadium. it's about a 20 min walk, but a beautifule one, and you won't suffer the pain of post-game traffic nearly as much. if you want to burn some time after the game to avoid traffic and let the alcohol wear off (or turn it up a notch) i would suggest a restaurant called "steelhead" - great atmosphere and they should have all the other games on TV (ie USC v Nebraska)

myself, the wife, and my parents. 4 tickets section 39. oregonsooner, thanks for the tip. nebraska/sc at steelhead, we'll be there celebrating....hopefully.

I'm not going but wish I could make it. I'll make it up to the Willamette Valley one of these days. I've heard from people who've been there nothing but positives about Oregon.

yes the Spruce Goose is in McMinncille, 40 miles west of Portland.

And I do not know of any get together as of yet...there is supposed to be a pregame rally and luncheon with White, Switz., and Simms...but I do not know where.
