Any of you dudes get headaches in the middle of the afternoon, and if so what causes them? I usually never get these things, but the last couple of weeks, it's like everyday about 2:30 I get a mild one.

It's probably related somehow to diet if it's that regular in its timing. Could be a blood sugar thing. Of course, it could also be related to blood pressure, or stress, or lots of other things. If it's that regular, I would probably talk to my doc about it.

That is a good question. Forget that I said it's probably related to diet. I'm hardly a doctor.
