Well, my son is out trying to buy his very first new truck. ( I bought him one in 03 but it aint good enough any more).

Anyway he just called from the dealer and said today is the only day they can cut this deal , tomorrow will be to late.

I don’t know. I ran all the angles at him, told him what to expect, etc,

But he test drove the new truck and you would think he was looking at the most beautiful woman in the world. Giving him the come here look, shaking her thing, winking at him.
Now he’s thinking with his little friend down stairs instead of his brain.:rolleyes:

He can not hear a word I am saying. But I won’t let him get taken too bad. I want him to think this is his deal. They are actually giving him a decent deal. So we will see

well, Hes 21, goes to school full time, and works. he has no other bills except his cell phone. lives at home. Can he afford it, yea as long as he does nothing else. I tried to talk him out of it, but hes hard headed, Must have gone that from his mom :D

I never meant to criticize... Hope he does well with that. I bought my first new vehicle at 25 and still look back thinking how stupid I was.

And for the record, at 38, I've bought a couple of new vehicles now and STILL wonder how stupid that was.

New cars sure run and smell nice, though.
