The Washington review issue is officially in the mail.

Will it arrive before the last one? I still haven't got it, yet. Was it mailed out really late, due to Labor Day or something?

They did go out late last week due to the holiday. Also, we have had to switch to periodical rate postage, which may delay it a little, as well.
