How do I find out if the game will be shown in New Orleans Saturday?

ABC's coverage map will tell you. I don't think it's out this early in the week.

If you go to tv.yahoo.com and enter a zip from NO you will find that 2:30 on ABC is slated for college football. However, it does not state the teams.

i looked at the top 25 games and it looks like miami/louisville game is 2:30 on ABC. that may be what they have planned over OU?

You could always click on "search" at the top of the forum, there, you will be shown threads with coverage map in them.
