That was awesome. When I noticed his name I thought about it and the first time I heard it called I faintly heard boos. The next couple of times it was easy to hear.

Too funny.

I'm sure it's probably been mentioned on here already, but when he got booed again during the second half Bob Barry said something about him being "no relation to...[pause]...any other Bomar."

The first couple of times I heard it I heard a few boos scattered about. But I think sometime in the 4th he made a play in and it was like 85,000 people finally realized what his name was and the whole stadium erupted. Freaking awesome:D He probably cried himself to sleep in his huge pillow. I wanted to see if the would say anything about it on TV but they never did. They probably couldn't figure out why we would boo a guy named Bomar either. Everyone knows that it was Brett Romar that was dismissed. :rolleyes: You know I hate the guy but is it to much to ask for them to get his name right so we can all hate the right guy?

The ABC broadcaster referred to Bomar as Romar. Getting his name wrong even after he's been kicked off the team, now that takes talent!

at least maguire said 'whatshisname' when he was talking about bomar. i also snickered when he said that ena's throw to finley was a "HELLUVA PASS"
