Since Michigan-Central Michigan won't be over for a long time:

There is a video stream called TVUPlayer that allows you to watch certain channels for free over the internet. The ABC feed is out of San Francisco, so today's game and next week's game versus Oregon should be in its region. Download the player at www.viidoo.com/en/download.php

not even sure what that means at my end. I have never had a problem with any of this type of programs though.
