I just had lunch with a business connection who is married to an ex-Sooner player from 1985. Her last name is Morris and her husband played wide receiver. He later went on to play a couple of years with Green Bay.

Anybody know his first name and anything about him? I have been unable to track down a roster from the 85 team (obviously I know Boz and Keith Jackson and Holloway).

I am always leary of anybody saying they know players. I run across it a lot in my business. I just triple checked her story as to the name, where they live now, his career at OU and the fact he played for Green Bay for a year.

Like most Sooner players, he came from Texas, played at OU and then returned to Texas for a real job.

Don't ban me it is just a joke.
