I think this is the single greatest episode of the Simpson's. And Phil Hartman and Conan O'Brien were a great combination.

My favorite Simpsons line ever is in that episode:

Donuts. Is there anything they can't do?

Being the economics geek I am:

Homer: D'ooooh. $20. I wanted a chip.
Brain: Homer, $20 is better than a chip.
Homer: Explain how.
Brain: Money can be exchanged for goods and services.
Homer: Oooo!

Also, Leonard Nimoy is sweet in this episode.

I still stand by the the episode where Homer becomes the union rep is the penultimate! The main story and the side stories all rawK.

Monorail is good though.

That's the one with Lisa's down by the cooling tower folk song isn't it? That rules too.

The name's Lanley. Lyle Lanley. And I come before you good people tonight with an idea. Probably the greatest... Aw, it's not for you. It's more of a Shelbyville idea.

The Union episode is one right now. The Big Book of British Smilies is terrifying.
