This week's tailgate is sponsored by the Crimson & Cream Cattle Co., C&C Dean and FaninAma, proprietors. The theme of the tailgate is "Crimson & Cream Cattle Co. castrate the Huskies," and in that spirit, the menu will be meatball sammiches, chopped brisket/pork BBQ sammiches, and the fixins. If anyone wants to bring something that will go with this menu, please do.

The tailgate will start at 10 am.

Of course, all donations are cheerfully accepted, and these things aren't getting any cheaper to put on. If you bring your family, your neighbor's family, and all their relatives (or even if you don't), it'd be nice if you tossed a few bucks into the jar. Dean has upped the standard for beer and food selection at the tailgates, and that costs money, too. So pony up some dough into the milk jar by the TV, and we'll be able to keep putting these things on in the manner to which we've become accustomed.

How many people attend these things on average? Since I can't go to the game this week, I'll show for sure. And if I'm bringing gum, I want to make sure to bring enough for the whole class. :D

I plan on coming up to the game. Is there a lot nearby for parking?

I'm not sure if you are jesting or not. I'm not part of the tailgating crowd so I was just trying to see if there are some lots nearby so that I could walk through and meet folks and thought it would be easier if I parked nearby. Oh well, if it works out it works out.

We brought our own drinkies and didn't eat food til' after the game (wastes precious stomach volume which can otherwise be used to camel in alcohol to the game) but I still payed b/c I appreciated the handy toilet facilities and the fellowship and the fact these guys put on a DAMN FINE THROWDOWN. Just saying.

Now, that said, I'm not affiliated with the d00ds what put these shindigs on in any way, but if you play, you gotta pay dangit. You know, a little sumpin' sumpin' for the effort.
