View Full Version : Oh God, I'm dying

I made some refried beans tonight, and I think they are trying to kill me. The grease is going through my arteries in big clumps. I can feel it. And the beans have coagulated into an impenetrable barrier that no other food can pass. I can feel that too. If I can keep from puking, I think I'll be a stronger person. Damn they tasted good though.

Btw, to make them I cooked 3 strips of really thin chopped up bacon and onions until the onions were cooked then I threw in a couple of cloves of minced garlic for good measure. Then I added some cooked pinto beans and cooked them for a litle while. Then I mashed it all up and ate it. Best refried beans I've ever had. Well, except for the killing me part.

You sure it's not plague from yesterday?

Like really sure?

Check for swelling on your neck.

Unless you work by yourself, there will be more carnage tomorrow.

Holy crap, I didn't think of that. My neck feels fine, but I DO feel a lump in my leg.

I can't find the word "lump" or the word "leg" in there anywhere. Do you think I'm safe?

I grew up eating pinto beans. They never affect me like that. I generally have a stomach of steel.

It could be the new super-avian flu. I hear it attacks the legs first.

Does your lump look like this????? If so, you are decidedly NOT safe

I've always heard that pintos explode with minimal rear contact.

That's the first time I've linked to a post that way. That's pretty cool. I guess the FAQ is good for something after all.

And some of you guys must not know about the lump in my leg or something.

I hate it when I post some useful piece of knowledge and nobody bothers to respond to it.
