Touching. A feel good flick from the good folks at Disney. It's no "Radio" but it's worth the price of admission. Plus, its got the "40 Year Old Virgin" freaky nympho as Marky Mark's love interest...which is a plus. Oh, I almost forgot, the sociopathic postman from "Funny Farm" (a great Chevy Chase comedy which does not get sufficient respect BTW) as Marky's pop.

Homey, did you know Funny Farm was based on a book by the Tulsa World's Jay Cronley, who apparently is also the Sports Picker?

Saw it a few days ago and yes, an awesome flick. Loved the old-school Eagles, Giants and Cowboys uniforms (they even had the red, white and blue stripes atop the Cowboys' helmet in observance of the Bicentennial). Soundtrack was great, too.
One glitch, though: I don't think the real Roger Staubach would've showboated after throwing a touchdown pass.
And I'm wondering, after Papale married the Giants fan, did she remain a Giants fan or did she switch loyalties to the Eagles?
