Heres another vote for going back to the real deal. I just don't like the look of these jerseys.

Don't like em either. Also, go back to the black shoes.

They weren't two-toned, just two different fabrics where sweat soaks through one.

What was the reason for the removal of the names on the back of the OU jersies?

Was it a message to Bomar?

some BS about the normal sized nameplates not being able to fit on the new jerseys, and the letters would have to be too small to read.

That alone is reason enough to go back! I vote AGAINST the new jerseys also!

They should tell Nike that if they don't get their act together we'll jump ship and go over to Under Armour...

If you all would turn it to the Kentucky-Louisville game, you would see how small the names on the back of the UK jerseys are with the new jersey style. I say do it anyway.

And I'm glad we went back to the white shoes.

I like the white shoes too. But I hate the 2-tone look and the lack of names on jerseys.

In case anyone is wondering what the hell everyone is talking about (I was sitting in the stadium and never really noticed...)

It is simple they wanted to sell more programs at 5 bucks a pop. Do not buy one folks.

Did they go down in price?

I didn't mind the colors so much as I did not knowing who in the hell the players were most of the evening.

While I'll always like the brighter shade of red, the darker color is the true OU colors. But to have both on one? They shouldn't let Brent pick uniforms. ;)

Maybe this is all part of a vast right-wing conspiracy backed by the Gaylords whose name already haunts our beloved stadium....from the two-toned no-named Jerseys to the long list of banned items in the stadium on down.....
