Steve Owens is before my time it just seemed a little odd when I walked by it. Vessel's statue has a helmet on.

Must be the same reason that this has no arms.

they made statue during off season.:)

he was very emotional, as was his family. i think they were just happy to have an excuse to bring everyone back together in Norman.

football is such a wonderful thing :D
