Other than all of SI's "experts" usual predictions, nothing stuck out. However, I did like Mandel's quote about Reggie Smith when asked what player will emerge this season. With all the players in the nation, Mandel chose Reggie. I am liking him more and more.
Mandel: Reggie Smith, sophomore, CB, Oklahoma. He will emerge as a Charles Woodson/Chris Gamble-type playmaker this season, especially now that Bob Stoops is planning to use him at receiver as well.
