Why would OC's move? If I remember right Jeff just purchased the parking lot lot a year or two ago. I would think he makes too much on St. Patty's to move to a place with no lot.

maybe a second OC's?

someone should ask John Traw. He owns that corner and Jeff rents/leases the building from John.

Heresy! They just redid the front of OC's a couple years ago, I can't imagine them selling that or letting it get away. I remember the resistance to OU buying Faerie Queen Lane, OC's would be orders of magnitude bigger than that. Couldn't just be for a parking lot.
