Other than the obvious inappropriate answers, chloraseptic will help temporarily. If you aren't running fever or coughing up anything, it's your best bet. Drink lots of fluids and see how it feels tomorrow.

If I have a sore throat and No other symptoms
I take a teaspoon full of Jalepeno juice and toss it as far back as I can .
Dont know if its the vinegar or the hot from the peppers I think it might be the vingar tho. But it works for me ;)

tablespoon of honey.

The sore throat has turned into full throttle stuffy head, runny nose mode.

I left at 12 today and just took a 2 hr nap. I absolutely can't get really sick.
