Obtaining OU items for school auction.

Sorry to bust up the game week threads, but I'm helping out with a fund raising auction for a school here in Edmond, and I was wondering if anyone could give some advice on the best way to get OU stuff to be auctioned off.

I called the OU marketing department and left a message. I was wondering if anyone on here had any suggestions on increasing the odds of getting something donated.

You might try contacting OU memorabilia. They can be reached at ouauthentic.com or (405) 701-3720. You have to buy the merchandise (ie signed footballs and helmets, etc.) but they will give you a 30% discount if you provide them with proof that you are 501(C)(3) non profit.... I used them for several events in the past few years with good success. Signed footballs came with a verification of authenticity and went for considerably more than we spent.........hope this helps..
