High 84, 30% chance of thunderstorms.

High 85, 20% chance of thunderstorms.

I think the weather people know it is gonna rain some time, just not sure when.

I figure when it is a 20% to 30% chance of rain, sometime in the day it will sprinkle or rain for a short time. When they give a 100% chance that is when it storms BAD! But I guess it is kind of hard to predict the future.
