Dad goes in for knee replacement surgery Monday morning. When he heals up from the left knee he'll have to get the right one done. I sure hope everything goes OK.

My MiL had both knees done a few years back; it was one of the best things evar. She went from contant pain to no problems at all.

Prayers coming your way. Hard to believe that is almost considered a routine procedure these days.

Of course it is only routine if it is being done to someone else.

Thanks to all of you. The surgery went great. Dad is in some pain......obviously, but the Dr. says he'll be better in a few days. After a month or so of rehab he gets to do it all over again on the other knee.

I'd like to thank the SO for making me go to bed a 5:30 P.M., just so I can get all my prayers in.
