It's a fine art. What you do is get everything out and lined up in sequence. Diaper, three wipes, and kleenex to stuff up your nose. First wipe, the big stuff. Second wipe, the medium stuff. Third wipe, clean up around the edges. Everything goes in the old diaper, which you wrap up tight and chunk. Once you get good, you can have one changed (even the up the back) in 1 minute or less. Kleenex is for twisting and sticking up your nose so you don't have to smell it. :D
