I called on Monday to see WTF was going on. Apparently the HR lady got fired the same day I went through her office. They were having trouble finding my paperwork. I got that straightened out and now I'm waiting on the ole background check to come back.

The new HR lady told me to start on Monday. I told her that I prefer to give my notice at work after the background comes back. We then discussed my past transgressions and she said that I would be fine. I'm still gonna wait.

With all of that said, it looks like I will start Monday after next.

she didn't hire me. She was just supposed to give me the paperwork needed and file it correctly.

I have a theory on HR people. They can't do anything so they are left to doing the paperwork for the people that can do stuff.
