He probably stole someone's flatscreen.
Two teammates confirmed Benson left the sideline during the first quarter and wasn't at the postgame meeting. The players said they believe he left Soldier Field during the game.
:D Twenty bucks says it was an ex Sooner not wanting to play with a :texan:
No way. They'd just break his arm in practice....

He is the fifth highest rusher in college football history. Not bad for being so overrated. Still, I like Charles better.

Teammates have made Cedric Benson's training camp a little tougher with some harder hits in supposed non-contact work.
But Benson has friends in the Bears' locker room who have his back, even if the second-year running back sometimes doesn't feel that way.
"Anything that Cedric Benson needs, he knows I'll definitely be there for him, and I know he'd be there for me," said cornerback Nathan Vasher, a teammate of Benson's at Texas. "We're both in Chicago, and we can lean on each other if something happens."
Hmmm harder hits?? DD and Tommie?

Maybe he can play in Canada with his smoking buddy.
Anyone starting to see a pattern w/ UT running backs. I'm a bit surprised that Mackster told Romancer to find another place to smoke. :texan:
