I was thinking about those frozen dinnner things that go in the crock pot. Some of those arent that bad. Of course that means I'll eat at ten tonight. The crock pot. A bachelors favorite cooking tool. That or a microwave.

Our lead directional driller had dinner brought out for the entire crew today. Prime rib, baked potatoes, rolls, & salad. So far I've stretched iit nto 2 meals with the baked potato slated for breakfast.

I had pork Thai style.

Raw uncooked pork neck with garlic and chilies (kor moo).
Pork slices fried with garlic, chili and rice kernels (nam dok).
Pork liver fried with garlic, chili and rice kernels (dap wan).
And, finally fried pork ribs (see-kloeng moo tot).
Oh, and with sticky rice (kao-neo).
