So do I fry them or what??

Actually, the problem is this, we are out of koi food at the moment, but have some ciclid pellets that the ciclids don't like. Can the koi make due with the other food for a while, or do they turn into gremlins or something???:confused:

My Mom and Dad's 'spensive fish seem to do fine on Cheerios in a pinch.

Wow, did it ever turn the water cloudy and the sugar and sliced strawberries seemed to frighten the little dickens. :(

they also LOVE grapefruit

cut them in half, put them on a stick (so they'll be like a big shish kabob), float them in the pond, and they'll go nuts over it.

Seriously. I started this year with 2 koi and 3 shonbunken.... now I have 2 koi and about 35-40 shonbunken. They're eating us out of house & home!

Have we ever had a fish fry at the soonerfans.com tailgates?

they like halved zucchini and cucumbers too.
