I'm trying to uninstall Norton AV. It's telling me I need the CD but I installed the program off their website. And Prajeesh the tech support guy is doing everything he can to help me except telling me exactly how to uninstall the pos.
Prajeesh: Why do you want to uninstall Norton?
ME: Uh, cause it's a memory hog.
Prajeesh: Delete Temp Files by doing xyz.
Me: (This doesn't sound right...) OK
Prajeesh: Increase Virtual Memory by doing xyz.
Me: (Finally catching on) No thanks. Can you tell me how to uninstall Norton please?
Prajeesh has disconnected
