Daughter and wife need matching "Coach" handbags at $500 each.....I will be right back....I'm picking money off the money tree in the backyard.......

2) Do they contribute to any household expenditures?
3) Have you recently bought them gifts this exspensive within 12 months?
4) Are they a drain on YOUR economy?

If they say yes to 1 or 2, then buy them the gift. Any combo of 3 and 4 are a definant NO!!!

they are ugly and way overpriced.Tell that to my daughter. If it's Coach, she has it. Fortunately she has a job, so it's her problem now. When she was a teen, it was the gift of choice for birthdays, Christmas, you name it.

Who do women need more than one handbag anyway? I have one trusty wallet and it's lasted me years. :pop:

I've had the same ratty two dollar WallyMart wallet for years. It's familiar, comfortable, and consistently empty...thanks to the ladies in my life.

I have a Dooney purse. I never asked for it. My aunt gave it to me for Christmas, and was so pleased that she found one in Sooner colors. So I carry it around, because... you know... its the right colors. :rolleyes:

If you know anyone stationed in Korea, send a picture of what you want. They have some great looking knock-offs over there for a lot less money - both Coach and D&B. Sent several home for gifts during my year of exile.
