The town is descriminating against "immigrants". As usual, the people who are causing the stink neglect to put the word "illegal" in front. I REALLY hate the ACLU and their ilk.

I know it kinda is the succ, but its pretty well-settled law that the Congress controls the whole field of immigration law (per the Constitution) and states/municipalities don't get to make their own rules in this area.

I sense that is the gist of the suit. For that reason, I bet the the town gets spanked.
