This just doesn't happen. Someone is getting away with something.

I hate usc.

Kind of odd that some "random" girl offers them a ride, and the accept.

They were hand cuffed then the police figured out "hey these guys are above the law and the NCAA, I better let them go"...

What a bunch of thugs....

Question: How fishy is this?

Answer: Very. Though oddly, not surprising.

The real question is: Will the national media pick up on this and ask the necessary questions, or will they again let it slide?

Unfortunately, I am sure it will be option B.

There aren't too many questions to ask. When the cop already clears them of wrongdoing, it's pretty close to a dead-end. It sounds like the LAPD is in love with USC players.

They were only let go after they found out the car came from Big Red

They were let go because they were really looking for Ramonce

Pete Carroll already did the research and there is no NCAA rule dealing with Grand Theft Auto. Jarrett will back in uniform today.

I sure am ready for the huge bombshell that drops at around 11 a.m. on a school day in 2008 that SUC has cheated, and I will be upset that I am not around a computer when I receive 10 text messages about it in 3 minutes.

I heard about this on the local Southern Cal spots radio shows. They were on their way to practice and some chick asked if they need a ride. Let's not go on a fishing expedition with this...Nobody walks in LA...even to practice. :)

Is that because...

A) The poor players have too far to walk from their $3000+ apartment to the practice field,

B) The poor players have too far to walk from their parent's $500K(or however much it was) home that they bought on a corrections officer salary,

Or...

C) The poor players have too far to walk from the nearest crime scene to practice?

I wonder where the season tickets Pete ran over and handed out to the cops are located since they were cuffed outside of practice?
