Do you hate it when wrestling gets popular every 5-10 years or so. I mean, when all of us get on the bandwagon for a couple of years?

They are trying to harness the ole ECW sloppy look ;) At least Jeff Hardy wasn't there or it would have been Hardcore Botchery!
Yeah, I don't know what to think of bringing that limp-wristed spot monkey back and then putting him on Raw. Why the hell would you sign him and NOT immediately put him on Smackdown and reform the Hardy Boyz?
Besides the fact that Matt's currently on a Wellness vacation and they figure that Jeff won't last long enough for it to matter, I mean. ;)

I've downloaded a few wrasslin' PPVs but haven't had a chance to watch them yet. There's a site that has tons of classic matches and stuff. It's a must for wrasslin' fans.

What does the WWE have against the Honkey Tonk Man? I saw a sign on RAW and a couple of seconds later, a WWE employee yanking it away from the fan.
Their parting was, shall we say, LESS than amicable. Honky craps on "the E" every chance he gets.
You know, when someone pauses after he hands them their Hot Dog On A Stick and says, "Hey, weren't you the Honky Tonk Man?" :D

Well, you shouldn't take too long to make a snappy comeback. Otherwise, you know, it's not so much with the "snappy". ;)
I was praying that Big Show would try and jump up for that contract. I miss seeing that 3/4 inch vertical.

It's had a lot of them this year, just that most of them were actually good matches. This was memorable, sure, but for a variety of bad and hilarious reasons. IE, the spastic camera cuts to make Khali's hitting look okay, slash and burn editing, and more generally, the fact that Khali is a clumsy MF who bladed his hand worse than his head. :) Crowd seemed really into it by the end, though...

Other than Rey/Taker/Batista and Booker, I couldn't tell you who is on Smackdown anymore....the last time we caught a full show was probably 6-8 months ago. Since they split the brands, the show has sucked badly.

JBL is an announcer, Kurt Angle is in ECW, Benoit hasn't wrestled in two months, Eddie has been dead for almost a year, and Regal and Finlay are still around ;)

From my viewpoint, SD! has been a consistently better show. Just sayin'. :)
No no, don't second-guess yourself, it's far and away better than Raw, ECW, and TNA (which isn't saying much, but no matter). Judgment Day was the best PPV of the year so far, Benoit/Finlay/Regal/Helms/Hardy/etc always bring the wrestling goods, they had/have better tag teams (okay, Raw doesn't really have any, bear with me), Booker is having a career renaissance, etc. We need some deus ex machina to rework the roster - paging newly-minted-five-year-contract Shawn Michaels - but it's still better than Raw, and actually, short of Benoit's world title run, it has been for almost 4 years now.
Oh, and JBL, the best color guy since Bobby Heenan.

I got to see ECW for the first time when it was put on Sci-Fi--- now it is one of my DVR'd shows. It is so much fun! The crowd ("You both suck!" "You take steroids!" "You suck dick!") I definitely wouldn't mind if they brought it to Oklahoma.

King Booker is the greatest gimmick they could've ever given him. He gives off this whole Hamlet/King Lear vibe, and Sharmelle/Finlay/Regal are a great court (bring in Mark Henry as his enforcer) for him to play off of. I hope he stays champion until Survivor Series at the least.

Heh, Smackdown would be my favorite of the three brands if it was just two solid hours of JBL calling Vito matches. :D

JBL should do ECW and RAW with JR and the Joey :P My favorite line was from the First One Nite Stand, when Tanaka walked out and he yells. "Holy **** I didn't know my gardner was a wrestler"
It's funny, 'cause I HATED the "JBL" gimmick after Ron Simmons got fired and they had to end the APA...but he's the best damn color announcer the E has right now.
