So I got to enjoy sunny Tampa/St. Pete the past couple of days. But ended up paying attention to the news to make sure I could come home today. The way they've been carrying on I figured it would be a nightmare. So decided to be at the airport at 8 for a 10:30 flight out this morning. Watched the local news before I left the hotel and they were showing pictures of long lines, multiple security checks, be there at least 2 hours early, blah blah blah. I actually got there about 10 til 8. At 8, I was looking at the Chili's Too breakfast menu wondering what else to do with my next 2 and half hours stuck inside the Tampa airport.

Yeah, they were showing Thursday's lines at the airport, not today's. Nice job making the country worry over nothing again news media! GRRR

So they're supposed to give you footage of what the terminal's going to be like when you get there? ;)
