My main goal is the flushing sound!

If you submerge it in water, it makes no sound at all.

But it bangs against the side of the bowl like an out of control water hose.

Deep water. Otherwise, you wear it until you change clothes/shower.

'Zactly. Should be like a diver - as little splash as possible. ;)

seriously. do you ever stop and ask yourself how we can put a man on the moon, but can't solve the splashback problem? it seems that men's potty facilities have remained unchanged over the last 100 years. there has got to be a better way.

Oddly enough, I ask myself that very question at least eight times an hour.

I don't believe I've purchased anything with the words "urine condom" in the product description.

For that matter, "buttonhole" might be on that list as well.

Order of preference: outside, urinal, commode and country club shower (heh!).

I've always had this dream of peeing off the Empire State Building. And if I can't do that, I'd settle for Niagra Falls or the Grand Canyon.

A little of both. If you work the back water edge, you'll notice that it's a larger incline into the water, thus creating less resistance when going at a 45 degree angle (give or take a few degrees). Most of the splash back will fall harmlessly into the water, but the hardest part is keeping it steady. Ultimately, back pressure does subside and of course leads to dribbling on the rim and splashing back on your leg so it's pretty much futile.

On the windshield of a police car as grandma is being given a sobriety test.

That should be on Reno 911.
