Does anyone know what the famed Oklahoma Drill actually consists of.

I've heard it talked about in various NFL pre-camp reports, and I saw it mentioned in the day 6 OU practice report on soonersports.

A quarterback hands off to a running back while a blocker and a defender go at it up front in a space only about 3 yards wide. Its also known as "The Nutcracker" in some parts.
