Gawdangit this is the SECOND cold I've gotten this summer. First one was when I was out in Massachusetts, now I've got one back home in August. What's worse is I've got WAY too much stuff going on at work to take full sick days. Ended up going in for three hours today and damn near hacked up a lung.

:(

Any of you SO ladies want to do me up some chicken soup? Not because it's a woman's job, but hot wimmens tend to do me a power of good.

I'm sick too. Head ache, sore throat, swollen glands, slight fever, chills, low grade cough and all. I have to get well before Saturday morning so I can take my granddaughter to Dallas for her birthday.

Worst time of the year to have a cold; i had one right after July 4th, and for 4 days i felt like total crap; of course having to work in 100 degree heat didn't speed up my recovery process either.
