I've seen it about the Oklahoma River and downtown and schools. I have been out of OKC for 16 years. Looks like whatever it is it is working.

MAPS is the project name for the sales tax thingy that funded the Bricktown renovation, Ford Center, and a bunch of other things. I'd say it worked out very well.

Not yet, they still need to build some trees and mountains.

There is also MAPS for kids. As is evidenced by Mrs. Norm's school, just because they said they would fix things in a school does not mean they are going to do it. Evidently they used y2k prices for things not 2006 prices. Guess what? things are more expensive now, so they can't afford to do the things they said they would do.

Mrs. Norm and the other teachers should take a pay cut,for the childruns, in order to come up with the funds to pay for this.

Thanks Flagstaff for rubbing that in! I love Flagstaff. Beautiful city!

As for OKC, which is 1,000,000x better than Tulsa, hills are overrated. If they were mountains, cool, but a 500ft hill does not impress me much...sorry.

Oh man! I would love to! When I was looking at colleges, I was actually looking at NAU just so I could live in Flagstaff! Next time I make it out there, I will definitely give you a holler! As for Houston, I love it here too, but man it is crazy. Today is the 42nd day in a row with rain...I think.

Interesting. You must have clicked into it from a page that had a bad link. I can't replicate it. No matter what page I'm linking from, the History page is in English.

I'm sorry. I meant to type "Interesar.

It shows up in spanish no matter what I look at it in. I think Jed should be fired.

I'll get it fixed.
I wish someone would fire me. As stressful as my job is right now, I would be happier living in a box under the interstate.
