OU legend dies: Harry Moore, co-captain of Oklahoma's first national championship football team in 1950 and an All-Big Seven center, died Thursday in Oklahoma City. He was 84. A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church in Edmond.
Moore, who founded Moore Energy in Oklahoma City, was a Marine during World War II before coming to OU.
