aside from my bad back and numerous sporting type injuries, I have breakdowns that just don't make sense. I have a comfortable position I like to do with my feet when sitting or laying on the couch. they are simply crossed with my left foot perched on right foot.
I've found now after sitting this way for a short period, my right foot doesn't want to work when I get up and walk.:mad:

ok silver hair. when I get up in the morning it's a struggle to walk down my stairs. I'm sure you get up and run 5 miles.

I'm 37, my point is my body is breaking down. I even have to stretch and warm up now before golf.:eek:

My *** actually fell asleep for the first time in my life this week, I almost couldn't stand up or walk. I was wondering if this was characteristic of geriatrics.

That's not the worst place to get gray hair. According to the older people that have told me anyway. Not that I would know. :D

Most of the time I curl my leg up and sit on my foot here at my desk.

Sometimes it goes to sleep in that really bad stinging way and when I get up I just have to freeze until it stops stinging.

I look like some kind of really tall crane bird or something standing on one foot. It's awesome...:mack:

i'm 37 too and i tell you moving almost killed me. i have bruises all over my right arm, sprained my left wrist and some weird deal with my right big toe which causes me to walk like i have gout.
