Craig keeps saying "I would double check."

Did he not listen at all to the press conference?

The players AND the management broke the rules ON PURPOSE, and it pretty much sounds like they conspired to HIDE IT FROM THE COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT!!!

What, are they going to admit to everything when they "double check" over the phone? Or show up and ask questions?

With star players they need to make sure they show up and actually work though I agree with him there.
