LandThief may have answered in another thread, but what are the rules?

Can Bomar play for another NCAA school, D-1, 1A, II or III, or his only option in NAIA?

Is Bomar still on scholarship, or is that invalidated? Does OU have to honor its Athletic scholly to these two people?
