my 16 year old said it best last nite, after i asked him how he felt about the whole thing

"i dont want go to the first game feeling down about it or having low expectations, so we'll just see how the season goes"

I've got a question.

If Bomar broke his leg in the first practice this fall instead of getting kicked off the team, I'd still expect the coaching staff to put a quality product on the field, and compete for championships. My expectations are still high.

good point.......where were our minds on the season if the hypothetical of Bomar tearing an ACL or something?

if the rest of the Big 12 wants to pencil in a W against us before the game, then thats fine with me....we'll see how that works out for them

A question? What is it?

It's a form of interrogative statement used to test knowledge, but that's not important right now.

Nobody wants to play along today.

"Captain Over, Captain Dunn, Captain Under"

Now, you're over Under and I'm Over Dunn.

No, you're Under Dunn and I'm Over Dunn.

Wait a minute, I thought I was over Under and you were over Dunn.
