They kick the mess out of Planters. I'm about to finish of a 12 OZ can that only had a couple taken off the top by my wife. While I won't be buying a cake from there, I can gaurantee you that I will buy these bad boys.

1,920MG - Potassium
84G - Carbs, 48 of that is sugars
84G - Protein
I'm also consuming 300% of my manganese intake for the day, whatever that is.
