Someone needs to remind Hugo of a little dealio called the "Monroe Doctrine." IOW, we is the big dawg in the western hemisphere and will tolerate no meddling from the eastern hemisphere. JFK almost assploded the world over that when them Russkies tried to put nuke missiles targeting the US in Cuba.

As long as there are chainsaw wielding hillbillies in bulldozers/frontend loaders/etc the US is safe.

I like this because we already know Bush's propensity for using the words "Axis" and "****" :D
