I can only think of that Miami news copter pilot a few years ago, before heading back to the station after filming footage of a fender bender, attempting stunts.

Just before he augered into someone's living room, he reportedly said over the radio "Watch this" and attempted a vertical climb.

The instructor who took me on my introductory flight said something to the effect that the two deadliest words in general aviation are "watch this."
